Lockyer joins Jubilee board

PHIL Lockyer has been appointed as a non-executive director of Jubilee Mines NL. Mr Lockyer is a qualified mining engineer with more than 40 years experience and was, most recently, acting chief operating officer for Sons of Gwalia.
