The Australian market has opened higher despite mixed leads from Wall Street.At 1019 AEDT on Monday, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 20 points, or 0.42 per cent, at 4,729.5 and the broader All Ordinaries index had added 19.7 points, or 0.42 per cent, to 4,753.5.
