The Liberal Party has claimed victory in another electorate, saying Glenys Godfrey has won the seat of Belmont.Ms Godfrey was 321 votes - or 0.89 per cent - ahead of Labor challenger Cassie Rowe with almost 85 per cent of the votes counted.
