Kresta Holdings moves

Kresta Holdings has appointed Xianfeng Lu and John Murphy to its board, following the resignation of company directors John Molloy, Peter Abery and Kevin Eley.Mr Lu was appointed as a non-independent director following nomination by Chinese company Aplus.
