Knight Frank appoints new execs

Neil Kay, Mark Guttridge and Chis Olde have been appointed associate directors at Knight Frank. Mr Kay heads the company’s rapidly expanding residential project marketing division, while Mr Olde is responsible for commercial property management. Mr Guttridge is associate director of retail sales.
