Matthew Wood has resigned as executive chairman and director of Lindian Resources, with current non-executive director Eddie King stepping into the chairmanship.
Mr King was appointed to the Lindian board in June.
He is currently a representative at CPS Capital and was previously resources manager at corporate advisory firm Capital Investment Partners.
