Online stockbroker JDV Limited has announced the appointment of IWL Broking Solutions chief operating and financial officer Luke Littlefield (pictured) as its new chairman to reflect the recently-achieved majority shareholding of IWL. Joining Mr Littlefield, who replaces Peter Mansell, on the board of directors are Kelvin Chenery, Paul Clarke, Alex Lauber, Anthony Brittain and David Bowles. IWL’s takeover offer for JDV now looks likely to succeed, following acceptance by major shareholders Westpac Banking Corporation and the Royal Bank of Canada.
