Has entered into a Heads Of Agreement with Milspan Holdings Pty Ltd (Milspan). The agreement relates to the Dave and Timoni lines as well as the old remnant ore in the Timoni mine within the Company’s 100% owned Mt Ida Gold Project north of Kalgoorlie, in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
