InteliCare is continuing to expand its network across the east coast of Australia, signing a distribution agreement with Technology for Ageing and Disability ACT, or “TADACT”, in the Australian Capital Territory. The contract covers an initial 12-month term, with TADACT assuming an agency role and receiving a commission from all its InteliCare sales, which will include the InteliLiving and InteliCare Pro product lines.
TADACT is a not-for-profit organisation which designs and manufactures a range of customised equipment to assist children and adults with special needs and disabilities. The organisation provides its equipment to hospitals, schools and individuals and looks after more than 400 families a year across metropolitan Canberra and throughout the ACT.
InteliCare is now working with TADACT to develop a range of upfront opportunities within the organisation’s extensive client base, which also provides a potential springboard into the larger market throughout New South Wales.

TADACT is the only organisation of its kind in the ACT and with over 40 years of experience in the region, providing a unique level of market exposure for the InteliCare product range.
The core of InteliCare’s business is a range of internet-based products and software which utilises artificial intelligence to allow seniors and people with disabilities to continue to live at home independently and maintain a high-quality of life.
The company has two main product offerings, with the flagship InteliLiving package being the basic product line whilst the InteliCare Pro system builds on the premise of the InteliLiving range. In short, the InteliCare product range delivers carers an automated service to identify problems and prioritise care to reduce the risk of an emergency within the home and care facilities.
InteliLiving utilises home sensors rather than cameras, to gather information about the resident’s activity around the house whilst also learning the individual’s daily routine. If activity in the individual’s residence is normal, carers receive a daily message to report that the resident is going about their usual routine. In the event that the InteliLiving sensors detect irregular activity, an alert is immediately sent to the carer’s smartphone, or another device, allowing them to take the appropriate action.
The InteliCare Pro system is an expansion of the InteliLiving product and utilises a dashboard to monitor multiple clients, making the system particularly suited to aged care and hospital settings. The system allows an elevated degree of resource management, facilitating the provision of targeted care. The system can reduce overall management costs as well as improving the health and welfare of end-users, ensuring care is being provided to those that need it most.
Recent growth by the company has seen it enter into agency agreements in both Victoria and the ACT, with InteliCare increasing its distributor arrangement by more than 300 per cent in the past 12 months. The company says that it has increased the number of InteliCare units commercially deployed more than ten-fold and reported a 312 per cent increase in revenue and 500 per cent increase in cash sales over the same period.
With InteliCare locking in yet another agency agreement and increasing its footprint across the eastern states of Australia, the company now looks set to continue its rapid growth in sales and product installations into the new year.
