Since May 2015 to 2017 Business News has been reporting on the difficulties of collapsed home building companies Capital Works Constructions and Builton Group.
A number of those articles reported on customers of Capital Works Constructions and Builton Group being recommended by Infinite Wealth Australia Pty Ltd and its managing director, Tim Guest.
We accept that those articles contained errors regarding the extent and manner of services offered by Infinite Wealth and Mr Guest, which in turn reflected on the honesty and transparency of Mr Guest and Infinite Wealth.
We also accept that each of the administrators appointed to Capital Works Constructions and Builton Group made no reference in their respective creditors' reports, that Infinite Wealth or Mr Guest played any part in the failure of those companies.
We wish to retract any such suggestions conveyed by those articles and unreservedly apologise to Infinite Wealth and Mr Guest for the damage caused.
