IMF to fund litigation against Transfield

IMF (Australia) Ltd has agreed to fund litigation on behalf of Miles West Group Pty Ltd against Transfield Services Pty Ltd relating to the breach of a sub-contract for the provision of power pole inspection services in Western Australia.
