IMF appoints Ferguson

Litigation funder IMF (Australia) Ltd has appointed former Bankers Trust Australia Ltd chief executive Rob Ferguson as executive chairman and CEO. Mr Ferguson will review the company’s expansion opportunities, particularly in the UK, as well as potential diversification into the legal sector.
