IIB appoints recruitment manager

The Institute of Independent Business (IIB) has appointed Colin Collard as state recruitment manager for WA. Mr Collard has extensive experience working in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and East Timor in a diverse range of industries in senior level finance and management roles.
