IBT completes executive team

ASX-listed IBT Education Limited has appointed Hugh Hangchi as legal counsel and company secretary. Mr Hangchi was previously a senior associate at a national law firm, and has worked with listed and unlisted public companies and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
