Sydney 21 November 2007: Greencap group company Noel Arnold & Associates Pty Ltd ("NAA") has been awarded a $2.6 million contract to undertake asbestos assessments of public schools in NSW.
This substantial tender was split into five geographic regions and there was an expectation that it would be offered to more than one provider. We are very pleased indeed to announce that NAA was successful in winning all five regions.
This is a clear demonstration of the confidence that government bodies have in the NAA group undertaking large projects of this type. Mr Greg Harradine, NAA's NSW State Manager responsible for coordinating this project added that "The project is to be completed during the current financial year and our staff utilisation will certainly be maximised in delivering the quality outcomes that we are renowned for. It is testament to our staff and their commitment that enables us to take on such projects with confidence."

UNIVERSITY OF NSW CONTRACT
Noel Arnold & Associates Pty Ltd has been successful in winning an important Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) project for the University of New South Wales (UNSW). This project is an important component of the strategic plan for OHS management at the UNSW.
Greencap Managing Director, Mr Jeffrey Broun, confirmed that all business units were operating very well and the group's combined service delivery nationally was attracting heightened interest from national organisations.
"The Greencap model of operational autonomy for the business units within a public listed umbrella is proving to be very powerful both from a service delivery capability and eagerness from many SME's in the sector to join the Greencap group," added Mr Broun.
"We are currently assessing several potential additions to the group that will further extend our geographic presence and diversify our risk management service offering and we are very excited by the solid endorsement of our model," concluded Mr Broun.
