Gracey to ipernica

Marcus Gracey has been appointed as ipernica’s chief operating officer, having joined the company in July 2006 as corporate counsel. Mr Gracey was previously managing director of AIM listed Hot Tuna International Plc, in charge of the company’s global operations.
