REYNOLDS & Associates Advertising & Design has picked up Stratagem’s client list after the latter entered voluntary administration earlier this month.
The deal approved by Stratagem’s creditors means Stratagem director Robbie Stewart will work side by side with Reynolds director Bob Reynolds
Administrator Vincent Smith said Mr Stewart was putting up funding to pay creditors.
“The opportunity just presented itself. I’ve been in business since 1991 and these businesses tend to grow by acquisition,” Mr Reynolds said
“But the price has to be right.
“I believe Robbie Stewart is a proven performer and can add heaps to any business.”
