Churchill Consulting is excited to announce the appointment of highly regarded and innovative leader Brian Adams, as our Principal Consultant.
Brian recently joined Churchill Consulting from BMW, where he was the Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific. Prior to this he successfully held a number of senior roles with WorleyParsons, most recently as the Global Chief Information Officer, during a decade-long tenure.
With a 25-year career in C-Suite and senior commercial roles across Australia, Asia and Europe, Brian uses his holistic business experience to drive innovation, improve efficiency and achieve growth for some of the world’s leading organisations. His expertise will assist Churchill Consulting's clients in demystifying their digital transformation journeys and successfully implement practical technological solutions.
Brian is an Emeritus non-executive director of the Technology Business Management Council (TBM Council), a global body of leading professionals dedicated to the advancement of the management of technology. Brian is also a nominated advisor of the Advisory Board Centre; a community of experts who are selected, certified and recognised for their unique leadership capabilities and acumen.
When asked about his return to management consulting after 12 years, Brian replied, “I have many scars and I am battle-hardened from the implementation of strategy, change programs and initiatives with some of the world’s best organisations. I look forward to harnessing this experience to assist Churchill’s clients to implement leading, practical and innovative and sustainable solutions to assist their growth and profitability.”
“Over the past twelve years, I have witnessed the very best and the worst from suppliers and consultants. The best ones, who I continued to engage and work with over the years, have been insightful, challenging and immensely helpful. I really enjoy helping organisations and individuals be successful, and if I can draw from my experience, I feel I can really make a difference to clients’ business operations. These are the things which spurred my decision to return to consulting.”
”When exploring the market to find which consultancy firm to join, I looked for three things: a company whose vision I could buy into and admire; a leadership team that I liked, who I also share the same ethics and values with; and lastly, a company where I would do meaningful work.”
“I have known of Churchill Consulting for some time, they have a reputation for delivering work that is of the highest quality, are pragmatic and act with impeccable integrity, which resonated with my personal values. I also saw that my experience in IT, digital, finance, strategy and performance improvement were a good fit with Churchill’s focus and competencies. “
“You can feel, as you walk into the office, the Churchill team has not only been handpicked for their capability and experience but also for their sense of pride in delivering quality work, which makes a real difference to our clients.”
Brian’s appointment is Churchill Consulting's third senior hire for their Digital Transformation team, in the last twelve months. “This appointment has enhanced our Digital Transformation offering in response to our clients’ increasing demand for proven global thought leaders in this space,” said Matthew Fahey, Churchill Director and Head of Digital Transformation. “With his global track record in delivering successful Digital Transformation programs for WorleyParsons and BMW, Brian will be an invaluable resource for our clients, the WA market and as a mentor for our growing Churchill team.”
