Gindalbie appoints general counsel

ASPIRING iron ore miner Gindalbie Metals Ltd has appointed commercial lawyer David Stokes (pictured) to the newly created role of general counsel and company secretary. Mr Stokes has worked previously for Iluka Resources Ltd, Resolute Ltd, and Clayton Utz.
