JOHN Gilmour QC has been appointed as a judge of the Federal Court of Australia. Admitted as a barrister and solicitor in Perth in 1976 and having practiced exclusively as a barrister since 1989, Mr Gilmour will remain in Perth in his new post, to commence on December 11.
