Bruce Garlick, who held the positions of chief financial officer, company secretary and interim chief executive officer of exploration company Fox Resources, has resigned.
Fox Resources said a successor would be appointed shortly.
Mr Garlick joined Fox Resources in September 2011 as its chief financial officer and company secretary and was appointed interim chief executive officer in October 2012.
