GST groups and GST joint venture

A number of amendments apply from March 17 2005 to GST groups and GST joint ventures to ensure there is no manipulation of the GST margin scheme. These provisions are anti-avoidance provisions and address a number of issues raised in Taxpayer Alerts issued by the Commissioner of Taxation.
