Engineering and infrastructure company GRD has changed its status from a No Liability (NL) company to a Limited company.
NL status traditionally was used by mineral exploration companies but has become less common.
GRD chairman Brettney Fogarty said the change in status reflected the company’s growth and increasing international focus.
At the company’s annual meeting, former Premier Richard Court was re-elected as a director.
