The scope of work involves GCS providing a full suite of products and services on all Brookfield projects in Western Australia for an initial two-year term.
GCS managing director Enzo Gullotti said the company had developed a successful partnership with Brookfield, including the recently completed $2 billion Fiona Stanley Hospital and Brookfield Place Towers 1 and 2.
A subsidiary of GCS also recently won a $30 million contract for formwork and concrete at the new Perth Stadium, which is being built by Brookfield.
In January, Brookfield secured a 14.9 per cent stake in GCS in exchange for a share package worth $14 million.
GCS shares were 0.8 per cent higher at 57.5 cents per share at 10:10am.
