Fifth Peninsula tower a sell-out for Mirvac

MIRVAC has sold its fifth apartment tower at The Peninsula in Burswood off the plan to its VIP customers. Comprising 45 luxury apartments of two-, three- and four-bedroom designs, the Aquarius apartments went for between $750,000 and $1.86 million at an average price of more than $1.2 million.
