Farrell leaves Vmoto

Electric and motor scooter manufacturer and distributer Vmoto has appointed its company secretary Shannon Coates to the board as an interim non-executive director, following the resignation of non-executive chairman Simon Farrell.

Ms Coates will act as a director until August, by which time a suitable replacement will be found.
