Extract Resources chairman voted out

EXTRACT Resources has announced that chairman Bob Buchan has been give a notice to leave the company after claims that the executive had underperformed. The Extract board will meet to discuss a replacement chairman. Extract appointed John Main as an independent non-executive director.
