On Friday, 18 August 2006 Eurogold Limited was granted leave to serve Australian Federal Court proceedings against Oxus Gold Plc in the UK and Oxus Holdings (Malta) Limited in Malta.Steps are being taken to serve Oxus Gold Plc this week.
