Eagle Bay's Rechner guilty of misleading statements: ASIC

The chairman of West Perth-based oil and gas explorer Eagle Bay Resources NL, Anthony Rechner, has been found guilty of making false and misleading statements relating to its Myall Creek Copper Project.
