Former Ernst & Young Perth managing partner Jeff Dowling has joined the NRW Holdings board as a non-executive director.Mr Dowling is currently chairman of Sirius Resources, deputy chairman of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, and a non-executive director of Atlas Iron.
