The current owner believes there are many opportunities for growth but under the current structure the owner is limited with his time to develop further progression strategies & has restricted funding/capital. An incoming purchaser, be it a private operator or Corporation with a strong Balance Sheet & ability to fund an Operations Manager could easily take advantage and develop further opportunities. The seller is prepared to mentor the new owners for a mutually agreeable period of time as required.
Asking $4,200,000 Leasehold which includes a stock component of approx $1.2 million and a plant & equipment component of approximately $2.1 million.
