Summit Resources Ltd directors Alan Eggers and John Seton have exercised unlisted directors’ options, purchased at $2 each at a share price of $5.46. Mr Eggers acquired 3 million shares at a value of $6 million, while Mr Seton acquired more than 1.7 million shares worth $3.5 million.
