Mermaid Marine Australia Ltd director James Carver has decreased his indirect interest in the company by selling 4.6 million shares at a value of nearly $5.3 million in an on-market trade. He now holds 5 million shares at a value of $6.8 million and has ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
