Beadell Resources managing director Peter Bowler has disposed of 4 million shares on-market to raise $4.1 million. The shares were sold to cover the exercise of Mr Bowler’s options in June and October that cost him $2.8 million, as well as for the payment of tax on the grant of the previous year’s incentive options. Mr Bowler retains a stake of 21 million shares in the Brazilian gold explorer and remains among its top 10 shareholders. His stake is currently worth $23.4 million.
Mermaid Marine Australia managing director Jeff Weber has disposed of 750,000 shares on-market, raising $2.4 million to fund the exercise of options and the associated tax liabilities. This reduces Mr Weber’s stake in the marine logistics services provider to just over 1 million shares currently worth $3.5 million.
Monadelphous Group non-executive director Irwin Tollman has offloaded 90,000 shares on-market to raise $1.9 million, leaving him with a stake of 577,586 shares in the engineering group currently worth $12.3 million.
