Mineral Securities Ltd managing director Keith Liddell has sold his entire 3 million share stake in the company following the takeover offer of CopperCo Ltd. He was issued 1.7 million CopperCo shares valued a total of $642,048, in accordance with the takeover prospectus dated 30 June 08. Mr Liddell, who is now chairman and director of CopperCo, owns 19.6 million shares in the mineral explorer, valued at $7.9 million on the announcement day share price.
