Advanced Engine Components Ltd directors Thomas Liu and William Lee have increased their indirect interests in the company by 5.5 million shares by way of a conversion of debt instrument for a consideration of $750,000 each. Both Mr Liu and Mr Lee now hold 55.3 million shares each after the change.
