Dilate Digital acquires WA marketing agency

Henderson-based marketing and consultancy Dilate Digital has acquired Aligned Agency, amid plans to expand its Western Australian footprint.
In its announcement, Dilate Digital said the merger with the Osborne Park boutique agency would strengthen its foothold in WA and grow its team of more than 100 people.
Dilate Digital is also gearing up to open a new facility in Fremantle in August, company founder Bodie Czeladka said.
Its new office space would include a video production studio for in-house content creation and a training facility.
Mr Czeladka said the decision to acquire Aligned Agency was a no-brainer.
“Over the years, we have built a solid working relationship, supporting each other in what is normally a harsh competitive landscape,” he said.
“Joining forces was the next natural progression of an already uniquely positive relationship."
Aligned Agency founder Hursh Dodhia-Shah said joining forces with Dilate aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
“This collaboration not only strengthens our technical capabilities but also opens doors to new technologies, skill sets, and challenges, allowing us to say yes more often to our clients' evolving needs,” he said.
Dilate Digital director Tom Parker said the agency was also planning to expand nationally, with a focus on the eastern states.
“Our strategy of integrating diverse talents and services under one umbrella aims to deliver comprehensive solutions that create real value for our clients,” he said.
