Cozijn chairs Jacka

Max Cozijn has joined the board of Jacka Resources as chairman, and James Robinson has joined as a non-executive director, following the resignations of Brett Smith and Stephen Brockhurst (who remains as company secretary).Mr Cozijn was a founding director and chairman of Oilex.
