Council says FotoFreo cancellation not it's fault

The City of Fremantle has hit back at suggestions it was responsible for the demise of photographic competition FotoFreo.Media reports claimed the FotoFreo board cancelled the event because it did not expect to receive funding from the council as a major sponsor.
