Council 'bends' for developer

COUNCIL has bent the rules to get a multi million dollar development off the ground at 131-137 Adelaide Terrace.Apparently the development is to be conducted by the Fini Group, which Lord Mayor Peter Nattrass said had done a lot for the city.
