Cottesloe wins against Multiplex

THE Town of Cottesloe claimed a victory last week against construction giant Multiplex after the Court of Appeal overturned a State Administrative Tribunal decision approving a 6-storey development proposal for the iconic Cottesloe Beach Hotel.
