Cortona and Unity announce $25.6m merger deal

Perth-based Cortona Resources and Victoria’s Unity Mining have announced a merger plan to create a gold miner with a market capitalisation of around $90 million.The deal, which is worth around $25.6 million, was announced by Cortona today.
