SCANDINAVIAN focused minerals explorer Dragon Mining has appointed a new chief executive in former Grants Patch managing director Peter Cordin. Mr Cordin was an engineering consultant to the mining industry until 1987, when he was appointed to Grants Patch, a previously producing gold miner.
