And Birla Mt Gordon Pty Ltd ("Birla") have today signed an agreement for the purchase of equipment from the Mt Gordon processing facility owned by Birla. Under the agreement, CopperCo will acquire outright ownership of a section of the Mt Gordon SX-EW plant.
