Graeme Howie has been appointed as managing director for Axiom Properties Ltd, following the resignation of Stephen Carter. Robert Elliot and Mr Thinagaran have also resigned as directors of CityView Corporation Ltd and Mahmood al Ansari has been appointed as a director.
