Clough completes $45m cap raising

Clough Ltd has successfully completed a capital raising of more than $45 million, via the placement of 108 million shares to its shareholders and the underwriter of the rights issue, Murray & Roberts Ltd.

Clough has also completed the placement of 15.3 million shares to Murray & Roberts as approved by Clough shareholders at its annual general meeting in November, 2007.
