Cheap phone plan on offer

A NEW telephone plan has been released aimed at the small business market. For $29.87 a month, customers receive:*l 19.8¢ untimed local calls and 16.5¢ neighbourhood calls;* $2.20 capped fixed to mobile calls 7pm to midnight, seven days a week;
