William Ryan has been appointed as non-executive chairman of
Oakland Resources, Nicholas Lindsay as managing director, and Daniel Crennan as
a non-executive director, following shareholder approval for the acquisition of
Chilean explorer Castillo Copper. Directors Matthew Wood and Vernon Tidy have
resigned, and the ASX-listed company has changed its name to Castillo Copper.
