Noel Halgreen has replaced Lee-Anne de Bruin as managing director of Kimberley Diamond Company, while executive chairman Alex Alexander has stepped back into a non-executive role.
Mr Halgreen previously served as adviser to the board, and is currently a non-executive director of Winmar Resources and International Coal.
Ms de Bruin remains a board director, while deputy chairman Albert Wong has resigned.
Chief financial officer Stephen Wetherall and production manager Gideon Scheepers have also resigned.
