Woodside chief financial officer Ross Carroll has resigned after joining the company last year to take up the same role at contracting group Macmahon Holdings Ltd.

Woodside chief financial officer Ross Carroll has resigned after joining the company last year to take up the same role at contracting group Macmahon Holdings Ltd.
Mr Carroll was previously employed with BHP Billiton where he held roles in Iron Ore (Vice President Commercial) and Petroleum (Vice President Finance and Planning Americas).
He will stay on at Woodside until October 31 while the company searches for a replacement. He, in turn, will replace Macmahon's Rick Blair, who will retire from the company at the end of September.
